Rant 20 - RISD fires, sues employee hit by van on campus

I hereby renounce my affiliation with the city of Richardson and Richardson ISD. I grew up in Richardson and attended RISD schools and you can see what wonderful schools they are. But after seeing this story on the news last night I am disgusted beyond words. Anyone who has seen "SiCKO" knows the state of health care in the US and by now we have come to expect that Workers Comp in the state of Texas is completely inadequate. What really burns me up about this story though is that the fucking RISD not only fired the guy because he couldn't work due to his injuries, but now they are suing him to recover the cost of his treatment from his work related injuries! What the hell did he pay insurance for? Money came out of his paycheck, as well as thousands of other RISD employees, every month and went to the insurance company. Another thing that pisses me off is when you watch the video of the deposition the scumbag lawyers confuse and harass this guy (who is autistic). You people should be ashamed of yourselves; first for even agreeing to take this case, and second for treating this guy with so little respect.
I am astonished that this guy or some other blood sucking lawyer isn't counter suing the RISD and the van driver's insurance, after all he was hit by a car on school property.

I think the RISD and the lawyers that work for them deserve the "Shit Head" of the year award.

Rant 19 - Boo Hoo

So after reading this news story I thought to myself, "Boo fucking hoo lady!" What about all of the other paying passengers on that plane? Should they all suffer because of your crying, out of control child? Yes, yes, the child is autistic, and doesn't process information like a normal child, but what fucking two year old hell spawn can process information? Especially in this day and age when it is thought to be more appropriate to coddle and give in to a child's tantrums than to pull out your belt and beat the living daylights out of them. Furthermore, this hag is throwing in the fact that her child is autistic to gain sympathy, plain and simple.

Lets face it we are raising a nation of pussies. 20 years from now Iran or North Korea or some other whacked out fundamentalist shit hole country will begin to threaten us and we'll ask them in our nice voice to "Calm down or your going to have to sit in the naughty seat." or "I think you just need a hug" Fuck that, just push the button, thats what its there for.

Rant 18 - Good!

Well it's about time that some one stood up and said enough is enough. What I'm curious about is why none of these stars have turned the tables on the paparazzi? If I was famous I would hire a photographer to follow the photographer around. Stand outside of his house and take pictures of his wife and kids, go through his garbage, camp outside of his house for days on end and just generally harass him.
The only problem would be that I, and the photographer I hired, would get slapped with a restraining order or arrested for harassment. But these tools get way with it because some bored fucking housewife in Pierre, South Dakota, just has to see what or who, Jennifer Aniston is fucking this week. So she can fantasize about her life with Brad.

Holy crap! It has been so long since I posted to this thing! I remember when I started this blog I said "Shit if Al can do it I can do it" Well it looks like it's not as easy as I thought. I just don't do it enough. There are plenty of things that piss me off and I want to spout about them but sometimes it is just too tedious. Any way there is no reason I can't do weekly updates, I really only work 20-30 hours a week at this stupid job, so I have plenty of time.

Rant 17 - Democracy?

I am telling people to vote "No" for Hillary Clinton. We had one term president George H.W. Bush, then two terms of Bill Clinton, now two more terms from George W. Bush.
Since when did the United States become an oligarchy? I thought this country was a democracy but I am clearly wrong. In order to become the president of the United States you now have to be related to, or married to a former president. We are one step away from a monarchy. I should actually correct myself we already are an oligarchy, we will definitely become an oligarchy if Hillary Clinton becomes president.

Don't get me wrong I am all for a female president. There have been some great female leaders in the world. Margaret Thatcher of the UK, Golda Meier of Israel as well as others. But in my opinion we need a break from the Clinton's and the Bush's. I don't care who becomes the President (to some extent) dig up Mother Theresa for all I care. Just stop the madness!

It is bad enough that in order to even be considered a contender for the Office, you have to raise millions upon millions of dollars, and a good egg like Roger Dunn couldn't even get press time because he doesn't have any money!

Rant 16 - Restless

I think it is a manifestation of my genetic memory. After all our ancestors were hunter-gatherer's so it stands to reason that the code is still there. It is spring time and I just have this feeling that I need to move need to see something different or something familiar. Something that evokes a primal feeling of satisfaction.

Rant 14 - VT

I am quite honestly disgusted with the fact that the Media jumped to show the morose ramblings of a seriously disturbed person and granted him the fame and notoriety he so desperately wanted. I have to agree with this article.

The state of our country is disgusting. Political correctness and the fear of hurting other peoples feelings has gotten out of control. There was a news story last night here in Dallas about an elementary school that is in need of a new playground because the equipment is wood and kids are getting splinters, and the ground cover is composed of those little rocks. One parent says that the little rocks are "dangerous because they are hard when the kids fall on them". The fucking ground is hard you dumb bitch! Why don't we just wrap the kids in bubble wrap or line the playground in bubble wrap, heaven forbid that a kid scrapes his knee or gets a splinter while playing and socializing OUTSIDE! The option that was discussed if the school didn't get the money was that the kids would have to have recess inside.

What is this country coming to?

Rant 13 - 30 Rock

This has to be one of the funniest shows on TV. I have always wanted to watch it and finally started while at work. You can catch past episodes on line here .

Rant 12 - Jet Blue Sucks

There was another news story similar to this one few weeks ago were people were stranded on an American Airlines plane for 8 or 12 hours. Who do the Airlines think they are? It is equivalent to locking customers in a store and refusing to let them out and refusing to let them use the restroom. Its bullshit! I would be so pissed off that I would just open the fucking door and slide down the goddamn slide. Who cares if I go to the clink, at least I'd get some food and a place to take a shit. Try and keep me on the plane fuckers! I don't know whats worse the Airlines doing this to people or the people letting the airlines get away with it.

Rant 11 - U2 and Rolling Stones, hypocrites

So I found this news story today. Rich people will do any thing to make sure they don't do their part to help society out. U2 made 389 million dollars on their last tour and the Rolling Stones made 425 million dollars on their 2006 tour. Using the Netherlands as a Tax shelter they had to pay about 1% in taxes. What really pisses me off is that Bono, who preaches to, and chastises governments all over the world for their lack of funding for AIDS help, could almost single- handedly fund the search for the cure or at least fund medication for those already infected. My favorite part of the story is that Coca-Cola pays Coca-Cola to use the name Coca-Cola on its products. All to avoid paying taxes. And we wonder why the world is in the mess that it is.

Rant 10 - Presidential Campaign

So I was Listening to NPR this morning and they were discussing the money that would be needed for the candidates to even be considered as possibilities. The interview was with Hillary Clinton's
campaign chair, Former Democratic Party Chairman Terry McAuliffe, he was the Party Chairman during Bill Clinton's administration.
Any way, McAuliff stated that to be even a minor contender that one would have to raise $35,000,000 this year; this number does not include the money needed for 2008!. How can any independent seriously make an attempt to run for the presidency when you need that sort of cash flow? It just somehow doesn't seem right does it? Our government is supposed to, be of the people, by the people, and for the people. How can that be when a minority "of the people" have so much of the money? There are those of you that will argue that anyone can raise money for a campaign, but you have to keep in mind the old adage "you have to spend money to make money". Without a large source of income or winning the lottery how is the average US citizen supposed to procure large sums of cash needed to to get a campaign rolling? Sure, there are plenty of people that run for an elected office without any money but how many actually win? You often hear about the underdog candidate on the news but the story is always presented with such a folksy tone that no-one ends up taking the candidate seriously. Recently Texas had its election for Governor. There were four candidates each with varying amounts in their campaign funds, and the winner was the one with the most money. I should also mention that Rick Perry who was the winner, was not really wanted as the governor but because the rest of the votes were so split between the other guys, he won. Well this is all just an exercise in futility for me because I can never be president anyway.

Rant 9 - ?

I've lost it some how some where I've lost it. Maybe walking the busy streets on New York, or slaving away in a job I thought I loved and was appreciated for. Whats happened? Does it always seem to slip away like this? Un-noticed. Quietly. Slowly. You wake up someday and its gone, and you never know what happened. You spend hours days weeks months years wondering what happened. Everyone around you seems the same but you are somehow different. Skewed. Transitioning from one part of your life to another as seemless as walking through a door and looking back through the glass at what used to be. Unable to get back to where you were.

Rant 8 - Really?

This guy is the poster child for pedophilia, there is no doubt about that. But shit all you had to do was hear him talk and and read between the media's skewed lines and you could tell he is just an obsessed nut job. Its unfortunate that his mother didn't finish the job.

Rant 7 - So what?

So I have been reading some other blogs and JESUS CHRIST there is a lot of stupid shit out there. Yes I may take a little time between posts but at least mine are post worthy.

Some fuck nuts actually took the time to write "I got up at 9 and went and lay by the pool for 45 minutes today." and that was it for the post, nothing else. Who the fuck cares! I left a comment that said something like "get back to us as soon as you decide to blow your fucking head off, that I might want to read."

And another one was about a tater-tot eating contest (way to blog Thomas). If it was a see how many tater-tots I can stuff into my sinus cavity (or any other bodily orifice where tater-tots don't belong) that would have been interesting. Of course there was a disclaimer to not do this alone in case you choke.

Rant 6 - Special Request

I don't normally do this but I had a special request for a Rant. Normally if one were to ask me "Oh great one, please do us the kind favor of letting us bestow our retched eyes on one of your works of art?" "Fuck you peon" is more often than not my reply. But since this is an old dear friend I thought, "What the hell".

We have this friend that when it comes to women is the biggest whiniest bitch on the face of the planet. I threw a party a few weeks back and he declined to attend because he had gotten in a fight with his little sister, no wait his daughter, well whoever the fuck she is she is young enough to be either one of them. I mean she just finished suckling on the teat of her mother, and Thomas is trying to hit it. Actually he wasn't trying to hit it and that's part of the problem. A piece like that? Come on Thomas. I've told him time and again quite being so nice to women, they like assholes. I'm an asshole and somebody was fool enough to marry me! Now I have someone that cleans the house, cleans the dishes, and does my laundry. I even on occasion get laid and it doesn't cost me any thing! My point is there's more pretty girls than one.

Rant 5

Instead of the illegals here trying to fight for rights they should be in Mexico fighting to get better jobs, a government that is not corrupt, taking back their homes and streets from drug dealers. Don't come to the U.S. and bitch about wanting a fair shake when you can't stand up for yourselves in your homeland.

Rant 4

Alright, screw you Cynthia McKinney. Because you are an elected official, a person voted into office by the people of the district in which you live, you are automatically held to a higher standard. Being an elected official does not in any way shape or form grant you rights that are above and beyond that of an ordinary citizen. If a police officer asks you to stop, you stop, simple as that, whether he fails to recognize you or not. It is his duty to protect the members of Congress as well as citizens who are visiting Capitol Hill. In asking someone he did not recognize, and someone who was not wearing the lapel pin that members of Congress are supposed to wear, he was doing his job. Also her failure to stop increased his suspicion of her actions.

Cynthia McKinney turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into a national incident. All she had to do was stop give the cop her ID and then be on her merry way, but no, she is Cynthia McKinney a "female, black, congresswomen" and she should be allowed to assault people whenever she feels threatened.

She also has to play the race card. I am so sick of every time a white cop stops a black person its because he is racist. White people are always being blamed for the black peoples woes. You know what that sounds like? Nazi Germany. The Nazi's blamed the Jewish people for all of the blond blue eyed German problems. And where did that lead us? It lead us to the extermination of six million Jews and World War 2.

Why don't you take a little responsibility for yourself and your predicament. Rosa Parks did, Martin Luther King did. They asked for and fought for equality not reparations. That's another thing, I didn't own any slaves, maybe my ancestors did but I didn't, why should my tax dollars be given to people that are as far removed from slavery as I am. Besides it has been well documented that the money would be wasted. Look what happened in New Orleans. People are trapped in the city, houses destroyed, and they are stealing televisions. What the fuck? Then FEMA and the Red Cross give them credit cards and they spend the money on strippers and jewelry and other non essential items.

So, Cynthia McKinney, you get the "Poor Baby" of the week award for failing to do what every other citizen in the United States is supposed to do!

Rant 3

There has always been a big stink about illegal immigrants in this country, should we let them stay or should we kick them out. I say let them stay and apply for legal status. I am a first generation immigrant, my parents came to the US when I was 4 and we came here legally. We struggled hard in the beginning and it was tough but our family succeeded.

People in the US are always pissing and moaning because they say illegal immigrants take jobs away from US citizens. I say FUCK YOU! Most of the jobs they take are jobs that nobody in the US are willing to do. They pick fruits and vegetables, they wash our cars, take care of our children and all kinds of other jobs. If we set up a guest worker system, and did background checks etc. It would be easier to keep track of these people and make sure they pay their taxes. It should also be a requirement to ensure they learn to speak English.

This doesn't mean I like illegal immigrants though.

Earlier this week the big news was the student walk outs around the country. Fuck them, the stupid little pieces of shit. Most of them couldn't tell you why they were walking out, they just thought it would be a good way to get out of school for the day. All the news channels were saying that now congress would have to wake up and start listening to the Hispanic population, and the students. BULLSHIT! Most of the students were under 18 so they can't vote and if their parents are illegal then they can't vote either. So who fucking cares? Those stupid Mexican kids should have stayed in class and actually learned something rather than playing in the fucking pool at city hall. The drop out rate for Hispanics in Texas is over 50% and they consistently score lower on standardized tests.

Why you ask? Because they have grown up in America land of the fat and lazy. Where it's not good enough for you to go out and work for a living you have to have everything handed to you. Where the only thing that matters is the bottom line.
