Rant 14 - VT
I am quite honestly disgusted with the fact that the Media jumped to show the morose ramblings of a seriously disturbed person and granted him the fame and notoriety he so desperately wanted. I have to agree with this article.
The state of our country is disgusting. Political correctness and the fear of hurting other peoples feelings has gotten out of control. There was a news story last night here in Dallas about an elementary school that is in need of a new playground because the equipment is wood and kids are getting splinters, and the ground cover is composed of those little rocks. One parent says that the little rocks are "dangerous because they are hard when the kids fall on them". The fucking ground is hard you dumb bitch! Why don't we just wrap the kids in bubble wrap or line the playground in bubble wrap, heaven forbid that a kid scrapes his knee or gets a splinter while playing and socializing OUTSIDE! The option that was discussed if the school didn't get the money was that the kids would have to have recess inside.
